As an established reputable Criminal Justice educator as well as crime scene investigator, Michael Fulton brings almost 30 years of experience within the law enforcement and professional photography. Having taught in over a dozen countries as well as every state in the United States, Michael Fulton specializes in unique photography lighting aspects, including off camera flash, TTL metering, modern LEDs and more. Kodak Photography to watch for the world in 2008 past Board of Director of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), Michael Fulton has traveled the world educating and capturing high end special events with his camera.
Michael Fulton began his law enforcement teaching careers in 1993 which continue still to this day.
After many years of being in the front lines of Crime Scene Investigations, including working in the city of Huston and surrounding areas as a Supervisor, Michael Fulton has made the move to administration and is currently the Chief Deputy of Precinct 2 Constable’s Office in Brazoria County, Texas.
Holding a undergraduate degree from the University of Huston Downtown in Criminal Justice, a master s degree from the University of Saint Leo in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Forensic Science, as well as having earned the prestigious Photographic Craftsman Degree, a Certified Professional Photographer from the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), Licensed in Drone Pilot (Part 107) and a Certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst from the International Association of Identification (IAI) Michael Fulton has shared his extensive photography knowledge at worldwide events such as Creative Live, WPPI and Imaging USA.
